REMOTE WORK POLICY
REMOTE WORK POLICY
As a digital consulting agency, we recognize the benefits that flexible remote work options can provide to both employees and the business. We support remote work for many roles and teams when possible.
Our remote work policy outlines eligibility, expectations, and support provided while working outside the office. Key details include:
Eligibility & Schedule:
- Remote work must be approved by team leaders based on role needs and project demands. Client-facing and leadership roles have more in-office requirements.
- Employees coordinate their remote schedules with their teams and managers. We expect good communication around availability.
- Full-time remote across different states may require update legal paperwork.
Expectations:
- Performance and availability expectations are the same, regardless of work location.
- Employees must be reachable during core business hours for team meetings, client calls, etc.
- Remote staff attend in-person company, team, and client meetings as needed. Travel may be required.
Support Provided:
- HR provides guides on setting up an ergonomic and secure home office.
- We assist with obtaining any necessary hardware, software, or system access to work productively.
- Managers promote effective remote communication, collaboration, and inclusion on their teams.
We adjust these policies as needed while supporting both in-office and remote employee engagement, performance, and work-life balance. We find this flexibility attracts top talent in our industry. Please reach out with any other remote work policy questions!
